🌟 About the Role:
SkillShikshya is looking for a creative, camera-friendly, and trend-driven Content Creator to produce engaging content that inspires, educates, and connects with our audience. You'll create content across multiple platforms while helping shape our brand voice and online presence.
Beyond creating content, you'll also play a key role in guiding and mentoring aspiring content creators by sharing practical insights, reviewing ideas, and helping them improve their content creation skills.
If you naturally spot trends, enjoy experimenting with new content formats, and love being in front of the camera, this role is for you.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
◉ Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media platforms.
◉ Research trends, viral formats, and audience behavior to generate fresh content ideas.
◉ Plan, script, and present content aligned with SkillShikshya's brand and learning mission.
◉ Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
◉ Maintain a consistent content calendar and meet publishing deadlines.
◉ Monitor content performance and continuously improve based on audience insights.
◉ Guide, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to aspiring content creators and interns.
◉ Represent the SkillShikshya brand confidently in videos, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
💻 Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
◉ Strong communication and storytelling skills.
◉ Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
◉ Ability to create engaging scripts that capture audience attention.
◉ Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
◉ Creative mindset with the ability to generate original content ideas consistently.
◉ Ability to work independently while managing multiple content projects.
◉ Willingness to mentor and support beginner content creators.

🎯 Good to Have:
◉ Experience creating educational, tech, or career-focused content.
◉ Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
