SILTA F26 Application

This is an application for the F26 SILTA Program.

Program

> Orientation: August 10th – August 21st, 2026 (Remote + Helsinki)

> 12-week track: August 24th – November 14th, 2026 (San Francisco)

> 6-week track:

A: August 24th – October 2nd, 2026 or B: October 5th – November 14th, 2026 (San Francisco)*

* 6-week track available for founders who cannot commit to the full 12 weeks (requires justification in the application). SILTA will offer the participants three main things: 1) accommodation, 2) light program structure, and 3) its KUMMI network. 1) SILTA will provide accommodation for the participants for the entire 12-week/6-week period, but the participants are required to cover their own flights and living expenses in the area. The accommodation is located in the city of San Francisco, and all the participants will live in a shared, spacious house with their own bedrooms. 2) Before the actual program, there will be a 2-week orientation in Finland, consisting of around ten one-hour sessions. During this period, the founders will, for example, meet our alumni, finalize their OKRs, and learn key legal insights from our partner Roschier.

The program structure in San Francisco is light, consisting of 2-3 sessions per week. The sessions include, for example, weekly dinners with the batch, founder talks by successful founders, and ecosystem events hosted by SILTA. 3) SILTA has an exclusive mentor network of unicorn founders, top-tier investors, and experts from different fields. SILTA also has an active alumni community that supports you both during the program and after it ends.

Selection Schedule

> Applications: April 20th - May 17th, 2026 > Interviews: May 23rd - May 27th, 2026 > Final Decisions: No later than May 29th, 2026

Note

Participants will cover their own flights and living costs during the program, estimated to be approximately 1000-1500€ per month per participant (meaning food, public transportation, etc.) If applying as a team of two, both team members should fill out their own application accordingly. The primary applicant will be responsible of filling in the details about the company / idea. Eligibility

To be able to apply to SILTA, you should check all the boxes. If not, please specify to the "Other".

You are 1-2 people team representing a startup or looking to found one.

You have well-outlined objectives and a plan for the program.

You have Finnish business ID or are able to establish one before attending the program.

You are over 18 years old.

You are able to pay for your own flights, and pay for your living costs during the program (meaning food, public transportation, etc.).

You are able to either 1) apply for an ESTA or 2) have an existing visa to the US (e.g., B-1/B-2 visitor visa) for the duration of the program
