Our client is hiring someone to join their Data Partnerships & Initiatives team, based in SF or NYC. They are an an open source AI lab founded by two former Google DeepMind researchers. They are positioning themselves as a Western alternative to DeepSeek, and a direct challenger to OpenAI and Anthropic.
The company has seen tremendous growth since it's inception. They've raised over $2B in funding led by Nvidia, Sequoia, Lightspeed, and a few others.
The Data Partnerships role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, and Strategy. What you build and the partnerships you create will directly shape how their models perform on critical capabilities - agentic tool use, long-horizon reasoning and robust safety alignment.
Ideal Profile: You have founded a startup or have been an early-stage startup employee (<50FTE). You have a technical background, such as a CS degree and/or experience in engineering, product, data science, or AI.
