Global Immigration South Africa Subscription Membership Agreement

1. Purpose of Membership

This Subscription Membership Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing your membership with Global Immigration South Africa. By becoming a member, you gain access to services and benefits included in your selected membership plan, subject to this agreement.

2. Membership Services

Global Immigration South Africa will provide the services included in your selected membership plan. The scope of services depends on the plan you choose. Services may include immigration guidance, document assistance, legal support coordination, consultations, and other benefits described in the membership package.

Services not included in your selected plan may be available at an additional cost.

3. Membership Eligibility

To qualify for membership with Global Immigration South Africa, applicants must provide true, accurate, and complete information when applying.

Members must keep their contact details up to date.

Where a service requires valid identification, immigration documentation, or other documents required by South African law, the member is responsible for providing and maintaining such documentation.

Membership does not exempt any person from complying with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

4. Membership Benefits and Additional Fees

Members are entitled only to the services included in their selected membership plan. Some matters may require additional fees if they fall outside the included benefits or exceed the plan limits.

5. Membership Fees and Payments

Membership is provided on a monthly subscription basis and is payable by debit order only.

By becoming a member, you agree to pay the monthly membership fee applicable to your selected plan. Your membership becomes active once your application is approved and the first successful debit order has been processed.

If the debit order is returned unpaid or repeatedly fails, Global Immigration South Africa may suspend or terminate membership benefits until the account is brought up to date.

6. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information at all times.Notify Global Immigration South Africa of any changes to their personal or contact details.Cooperate with reasonable requests for information or documentation required to provide membership services.Comply with the Membership Agreement, applicable policies, and the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of membership benefits.

7. Exclusions and Limitations of Services

Membership benefits are limited to the services included in the selected plan.

Services outside the scope of the selected plan, exceeding benefit limits, or requiring specialist services, court fees, advocates’ fees, sheriff’s fees, government charges, expert reports, or other disbursements may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the member before any work proceeds.

Services may also depend on the availability of approved legal service providers and applicable law.

8. Cancellation and Termination of Membership

A member may cancel their membership by giving written notice in accordance with the cancellation policy in force at the time.

Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

Global Immigration South Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member breaches this agreement, provides false or misleading information, fails to pay membership fees, or uses the services unlawfully or abusively.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the date of termination.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and will handle your information in line with South African law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We only use your data to provide and manage your membership services, and we do not sell your information.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the membership in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve it privately through good faith discussion.

If unresolved, the matter may be referred to mediation before any litigation, unless urgent relief is required by law.

12. Amendments

We may update these terms by giving members reasonable notice.

Continued use of the services after notice means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Disputes will be subject to South African jurisdiction.

14. Acceptance

By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
