Wholesale Terms — please read before submitting
Retail Pricing: MSRP $44.99 | MAP $39.99. No public advertising or discounting below MAP without written permission.
Payment Terms: In-season orders (Nov 1–Apr 1) are Net 30 from ship date. Pre-season orders are Net 60 from fall ship date (no later than Nov 1). Overdue balances accrue 1.5% interest per month.
Shipping: Orders of 50+ units (Tier D) ship free. All other orders pay shipping — except all new, first-time orders, which always ship free.
Cancellations: No cancellations accepted more than two weeks after order confirmation. Sales tax is the Retailer's responsibility.
Shipping Discrepancies: Claims must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date or may be rejected.
