Environmental modifications (e.g. noise-cancelling headphones, clutter-free spaces)

Accountability partners or check-ins with others

They work very well - I feel mostly on top of things

They work reasonably well - I manage, with some difficult days

They work somewhat - I get by but often struggle

They don't work well - I struggle more often than not
