MC26 Exclusive Keychain PreOrder

These Preorder & Product Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of the MC26 Smart NFC Keychain supplied by Palm N Pixel S.L. By completing a preorder, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Product Description

The product is an MC26-branded NFC keychain designed as a physical event souvenir with an interactive digital function.

Product photographs, mock-ups, and digital renders are provided for illustrative purposes. Lighting, screen settings, photography, materials, and manufacturing conditions may cause the finished product to appear slightly different from the images shown.

2. 3D-Printed Product Characteristics

Each keychain is manufactured using 3D-printing. Minor variations in color, texture, print lines, dimensions, edges, surface finish, ribbon alignment, and overall appearance are normal characteristics of this production method and are not considered defects, provided that they do not materially affect the product’s intended use.

3. Preorder Confirmation

A preorder is confirmed only after the order form has been completed and full payment has been successfully received.

The preorder price is €10 per keychain and applies only during the announced preorder period. The on-site price will be €15 per keychain, subject to availability.

Submitting an incomplete form, providing incorrect information, or making an unsuccessful payment does not reserve a product.

4. Collection Date

All preordered keychains must be collected in person on:

1 October 2026 during Athlete Check-in

The exact collection point and available collection time will be communicated before the event using the contact information provided with the order.

The customer may be asked to provide their name, order confirmation, payment confirmation, or identification when collecting the product.

5. No Shipping or Postal Delivery

Shipping and postal delivery are not available. All orders are offered exclusively for in-person collection at the event.

The customer is responsible for attending the designated collection point within the communicated collection period.

Palm N Pixel S.L. is not responsible for missed collection caused by absence, travel disruption, schedule conflicts, incorrect contact information, failure to check communications, or failure to follow the collection instructions.

Uncollected products will not be automatically posted, delivered, or refunded. Any alternative in-person collection arrangement is subject to availability and prior written approval by Palm N Pixel S.L., without affecting any mandatory consumer rights.

6. Collection by Another Person

If the customer cannot collect the product personally, another person may collect it on their behalf if Palm N Pixel S.L. is informed in advance and the nominated person can provide the relevant order details or proof of authorization.

Palm N Pixel S.L. may refuse to release an order when the identity or authorization of the person collecting it cannot reasonably be verified.

7. Event Changes or Cancellation

The collection location or time may be reasonably changed due to operational, safety, organizational, or event-related circumstances. Any changes will be communicated through the contact details supplied with the order.

If Athlete Check-in or the event is postponed, the preorder will remain valid for the revised collection date or another reasonable in-person collection arrangement may be offered.

If Palm N Pixel S.L. is unable to supply the purchased product, the customer will be offered an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Palm N Pixel S.L. is not responsible for travel, accommodation, event admission, missed participation, or other indirect costs connected with purchasing or collecting the product.

8. NFC Experience During the Event

During the event, the NFC tag will connect users to MC26-related digital content selected by Palm N Pixel S.L. or the event organizer. This content may include event videos, highlights, and event photographs.

The selection, publication time, availability, and duration of specific content may change. Purchasing the keychain does not guarantee access to a particular photograph, video, athlete, highlight, or item of content.

9. Personalization After the Event

The NFC destination will remain connected to event-related content during the event. The option to personalize the NFC destination will become available only after the event has ended.

Once personalization is available, the owner may be able to redirect the keychain to an eligible link of their choice, such as a social media profile, website, portfolio, contact page, video, or personal content.

Personalization remains subject to the technical platform, supported link formats, instructions, security requirements, and acceptable-use rules available at that time.

The owner is solely responsible for any link or content added after personalization and must not use the product to distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or malicious material.

10. NFC Compatibility

NFC performance depends on factors outside the control of Palm N Pixel S.L., including:

The smartphone model and NFC compatibilityDevice settings and operating systemNFC-reading position on the deviceThe thickness or material of the phone caseInternet or mobile-data availabilityBrowser settings and security restrictionsAvailability of third-party websites and platforms

No separate application is normally required, but Palm N Pixel S.L. cannot guarantee compatibility with every smartphone, device, operating system, browser, network, phone case, or third-party platform.

A failure caused by an unsupported device, disabled NFC setting, incorrect scanning position, unavailable internet connection, external website, or third-party platform is not considered a defect in the physical product.

11. External Content and Services

Websites, social media platforms, hosting providers, internet services, and other external services accessed through the NFC link are operated by third parties.

Palm N Pixel S.L. does not control and is not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, account restrictions, deleted content, unavailable links, security incidents, or service closures affecting third-party platforms.

Event-related content and NFC services may be updated, replaced, relocated, restricted, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, or legal reasons.

12. Care and Intended Use

The product is intended for normal use as a keychain and event souvenir.

PLA and the other product components may become damaged through excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, water, chemicals, heavy impact, bending, crushing, pulling, modification, or improper storage.

The customer should avoid:

Leaving the product inside a hot vehicleExposing it to open flames or high temperaturesFully immersing it in waterApplying excessive force to the ribbon or fittingsCutting, drilling, opening, or modifying the NFC area

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, improper care, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended purpose is not considered a manufacturing defect.

13. Safety

This product is not a toy and is not intended for small children. It contains small components that may present a choking hazard.

The customer is responsible for using and storing the product appropriately. Palm N Pixel S.L. is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper handling, or failure to follow reasonable safety and care instructions.

14. Cancellations, Withdrawal and Returns

The customer’s mandatory rights under Spanish and European Union consumer law remain unaffected.

Where a product is manufactured according to an individual customer’s specifications or is clearly personalized specifically for that customer, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where permitted by law.

For products that are not individually personalized, any applicable right of withdrawal will be handled in accordance with the law in force at the time of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted solely because of minor characteristics inherent to 3D-printing or small differences between the finished product and illustrative photographs, provided that the product conforms to its description and remains suitable for its intended use.

Nothing in these terms limits the customer’s legal remedies if the supplied product is defective, damaged before collection, or does not conform to the agreed description.

15. Inspection at Collection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the product when collecting it and report any visible damage or apparent manufacturing issue immediately.

Reporting an issue after collection does not automatically invalidate the customer’s statutory rights. However, the customer may be asked to provide the order confirmation, photographs, and a description of the issue so that the claim can be assessed.

16. Remedies for Defective Products

If a product is confirmed to be defective or non-conforming, Palm N Pixel S.L. will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and legal requirements.

Palm N Pixel S.L. may inspect the product before approving a remedy. Damage caused after collection through misuse, impact, heat, water, modification, normal wear, or improper storage is not covered as a manufacturing defect.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm N Pixel S.L. will not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential lossesTravel, accommodation, admission, or collection costsLoss of data or personal contentUnsupported or incorrectly configured devicesFailure of internet, mobile, hosting, or third-party servicesExternal links or content selected by the customerMisuse, alteration, damage, or improper storage of the productCircumstances outside its reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

18. Customer Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing the preorder.

Palm N Pixel S.L. is not responsible for missed communications or collection difficulties resulting from an incorrect name, email address, telephone number, or other information supplied by the customer.

19. Personal Data

Personal information submitted with the preorder will be processed by Palm N Pixel S.L. for purposes connected with order administration, payment verification, customer communication, product collection, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations.

20. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on any mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights available under applicable consumer law.

21. Acceptance

By completing the preorder and selecting the Terms and Conditions checkbox, the customer confirms that they:
