Communication and Decision-Making in Project Teams

Thank you for taking part in this study. This survey is being conducted as part of my Master's thesis in Project Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences. The study examines how people communicate concerns, share information and make decisions when working in project teams.

The survey is 35 questions long and takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary.

Data Protection and Consent

This survey is conducted anonymously. Your name, email address, employer, project name or other directly identifying information will not be requested. Please do not provide any information that could identify you or another person.

The information collected in this survey will be used solely for the purposes of conducting and evaluating my Master's thesis. The responses will be analysed anonymously, and only anonymised or aggregated results may be presented in the thesis.

The questionnaire includes general information such as age group and project-related background, as well as your experiences and opinions regarding teamwork and communication.

Participation is voluntary. You may stop completing the survey at any point before submitting your response without giving a reason and without any disadvantage.

The legal basis for the processing of the information you provide is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
