We value your privacy. Your personal data (such as email address) is protected by Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection law and
GDPR. We would only retain them for up to 6 months until the product is fully launched.

This notice explains how Interlit GmbH ("we", "the Company") processes personal data of individuals who apply for a position with us, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, its Ordinance.

2. Data we collect
Identification and contact details: name, address, email, phone, date of birth
Application materials: CV, cover letter, certificates, diplomas, references
Notes and results from interviews and assessments
Reference check results, where such checks are carried out with your knowledge. If applicable: extract from the debt collection register or criminal record, only where relevant to the role
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process this data solely to assess your suitability for the role you applied for and to run the recruitment process. Processing is limited to what concerns your suitability for the job (Art. 328b Code of Obligations) and follows the principles of good faith and proportionality (Art. 6 FADP). The legal basis is the pre-contractual relationship created by your application and, where relevant, your consent, for example for reference checks.
4. Recipients
Access is limited to HR staff and the hiring manager(s) involved in filling the role.
We do not disclose your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cross-border disclosure
Your data is processed exclusively in Switzerland.
6. Retention and deletion
If you are not selected, we delete your application data once the hiring decision has been communicated to you, unless you separately and explicitly consent to being considered for other open roles.
If you are selected, your application data becomes part of your personnel file. It is then retained under our internal due diligence process and standard HR retention rules, for as long as legally required or permitted, for example under Art. 958f Code of Obligations for accounting-relevant records.
7. Your rights
Under Art. 25 et seq. FADP, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and may object to or restrict its processing. Contact us at [privacy contact email]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse (Art. 8 FADP).
