Marketing ATM is a fast-growing podcast for founders and marketers of scaling eCommerce brands, hosted by Anaita Sarkar and Jess Ruhfus.

Our audience is predominantly female founders & marketers - highly engaged, commercially savvy, and (like us!) they love to shop. While B2B tech sponsors are a natural fit and we have already worked with brands like Yotpo and Gorgias, we see significant untapped opportunity across beauty, wellness, fashion and travel categories as well.

In 2025, Marketing ATM is scaling across advertising, live events and organic channels, including YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. We’re now looking for an experienced partnerships lead to take ownership of sponsorship revenue and help lead the next phase of growth.

This is a results-first role that is not hours based.

You’ll be trusted to independently source, pitch and close sponsorships, manage partner relationships end-to-end, and consistently hit clearly defined KPIs. We care about outcomes, not time spent.

You’ll work closely with Jess and Anaita and have full ownership of the sponsorship pipeline, as well as some inbound leads that naturally come our way (we currently have 6 brands in the pipeline)

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and secure sponsorships with aligned brands
Lead meetings with prospective partners and negotiate deals
Manage contracts, ad scripts and sponsor deliverables
Maintain and evolve the Marketing ATM media kit
Manage sponsor relationships through to delivery and reporting
Meet agreed minimum KPI targets

Remuneration

$1000 incl GST base per month
+10% commission on all deals secured & managed
No fixed hours - performance matters most
