What Do Your Tracks Reveal About the Life You Are Living?

Most people think that because they are relatively happy or not unhappy, they are on purpose, but they aren't.
This 3-5 minute self-assessment will help you hone in on areas of your life where your body may be telling you that you are living out of alignment with your true self or that something is missing that could bring greater joy. Answer honestly -- this is for your awareness, not judgment.
*Please note - this is not a diagnostic tool, it is a guide to help you gain clarity and greater awareness of yourself and is based off of the work of Dr. Martha Beck.
