NOTE: Your passport must be current and should be valid for at least six months from the date of return from the trip (January 1, 2028).

Travel Information (all fields required)

Room Request (AITS will assign a roommate if you are traveling alone but wish to share a room; if no roommate is available, you will be invoiced for a single room.)

Deposit Information (required)

A $2,500 deposit is due upon registration for all participants and should be paid below. Participants rooming in a single room will be invoiced the remainder of the single-supplement deposit fee ($1,000). These deposits (pp for double: $2,500; pp for single: $3,500) will be credited toward the overall cost of the program. They become non-refundable after September 30, 2026. [Subject to change]

Payment Schedule

An interim payment of $4,500 (for double) or $5,500 (for single) is due on February 1, 2027 (invoiced by Inquisitive Ventures, LLC); it becomes non-refundable after April 26, 2027.
A final payment, reflecting the balance, is due on June 1, 2027 (invoiced by Inquisitive Ventures, LLC); it is non-refundable. [Subject to change]
