Two documents must be completed and ready to upload before you start this form. Get them now at our
submission guidelines page:
Originality Declaration form — download it, read it, sign it, and save the signed copy. You'll upload it inside this form.
Manuscript formatting template — download it and write (or reformat) your paper inside it, so your manuscript already follows our Bluebook 21st edition structure. Your final manuscript file is what you'll upload.
Without both of these saved on your device, you won't be able to complete the submission — so download them before going further.
Then have these details readyCorresponding author: full name (as it should appear in print), email (all decisions go here), phone/WhatsApp, institutional affiliation, designation, city and state.
