Creative Expression Studio Summer Camp Registration

Waiver and Policies

Payment Policy:

Full tuition of $375 per child per session is due at time of registration. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. ESA families please select ClassWallet as your payment method and we will invoice you separately.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your session start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session start date are non-refundable. Sessions are transferable to another available date with 7 days notice at no charge.

Liability Waiver:

By submitting this form I acknowledge that Lotus Creative Healing is a creative arts program and not a licensed therapy or childcare facility. I give permission for my child to participate in all camp activities and understand that reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure their safety. I agree to assume responsibility for any risks associated with participation.
