Leaf Xscape Customer Service Agreement, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability

This Agreement is entered into between (collectively, “Leaf Xscape”) and the undersigned property owner or authorized occupant (“Customer”).

By completing this form, Customer requests leaf collection services and agrees to all terms below.

1. Scope of Services

Leaf Xscape provides curbside leaf collection and debris removal services using trucks, trailers, vacuum hoses, blowers, and mechanized equipment.

Service includes blowing and removing leaves from the first 20 feet of your yard measured perpendicular from the edge of the road or curb. Please do not blow leaves into the streets or storm drains.

Leaves located farther than 20 feet from the roadway are outside the standard service area and require a separate estimate.

Leaf Xscape does not provide landscaping, grading, lawn repair, irrigation repair, or property restoration services.
