How do hiring teams actually use the data they already have?

I’m researching how hiring teams recognise when a search needs to change, where the reasoning behind those changes is recorded, and whether learning from previous searches and hires is reused in future hiring.

No confidential candidate data is required. The survey takes around 7–8 minutes.
Participants can receive an anonymised Hiring Intelligence Benchmark comparing hiring stacks, search-change signals, how changes to the target profile are captured, and whether previous-search and post-hire learning returns to future hiring.
