BeforeCommit is a controlled pre-commitment business decision-support pilot. It structures relevant facts and evidence to help you assess a specific business commitment before you commit. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
We may collect business contact details, answers about the commitment, relevant financial, operational and contractual facts, uploaded evidence you choose to provide, payment-entitlement information and pilot feedback.
We use this information to create and deliver your assessment, secure access to your case, communicate about the pilot, support agreed re-checks and improve the pilot experience.
Please provide only information relevant to the decision being assessed. Do not upload passwords, access credentials, payment-card data, identity documents or irrelevant sensitive personal information.
Uploads are treated as evidence candidates and may contain commercially sensitive information. Use redacted or targeted extracts where practical. Uploading a document does not mean BeforeCommit has independently verified it.
Service providers used in the pilot
The current pilot may use Tally, Stripe, Make, Airtable and Microsoft 365 to collect, process, store and communicate pilot information. Private client data is not authorised for unrestricted model training, benchmarking or unrelated reuse.
Identifiable analytical case data is kept for the active pilot and for 90 days after the case is closed. After that, it is deleted from active pilot stores unless a specific extension is agreed or a legal obligation requires longer retention. Payment and accounting records may be retained separately where required by law.
Please provide only information and documents you are authorised to share and avoid uploading third-party personal or confidential information that is not necessary for the assessment.
This is a controlled pilot, not a production security certification. Features and controls may evolve, and BeforeCommit will not claim controls that are not actually implemented.
