Selamat datang di form pendaftaran resmi event THERAPY x ANTASENA x APOPC 2026

Sebelum melanjutkan, mohon pastikan Anda telah menyiapkan bukti pembayaran. Bagi peserta dengan pembiayaan sponsor, silakan menyiapkan dokumen Guarantee Letter (GL) resmi untuk diunggah pada kolom yang tersedia.

Pendaftaran Early Bird berlaku hingga 30 Juni 2026 dengan tarif Rp 2.400.000,- (untuk peserta indonesia) dan $150 (untuk peserta APOPC). Setelah tanggal tersebut, berlaku tarif normal sebesar Rp 2.750.000,- (untuk peserta indonesia) dan $175 (untuk peserta APOPC) (1 Juli sd. 7 Oktober 2026). Bagi Anda yang ingin melakukan reservasi kamar di Grand Hotel De Djokja melalui panitia, silakan menyelesaikan pengisian form ini terlebih dahulu; tim kami akan menghubungi Anda lebih lanjut karena ketersediaan kamar sangat terbatas. Before proceeding, please ensure you have your proof of payment ready. For sponsor-funded participants, please prepare an official Guarantee Letter (GL) to be uploaded in the designated section.

The Early Bird rate is available until June 30, 2026, at IDR 2,400,000 (For Indonesian participants only) / USD 150 (For APOPC participants). Standard registration will apply from July 1 to October 7, 2026, at IDR 2,750,000 / USD 175.
