We’re looking for a Design Engineer who cares deeply about every product detail, from user experience to pixel-level design.
In consumer products, details matter a lot. Small details are the wow moments for consumers, making them realize they needed the product even before they knew it.
You’ll own real product decisions, listen to users, and ship things that directly impact our product and brand identity.
• Build and evolve Sume’s design system: the components, patterns, and motion language
• Ship polished, production-ready UI across product, marketing, and our website
• Work six days a week in-person in San Francisco, 12 hours a day
• Be obsessed with user logs and interviews
• Determined to build a $10B company like Cursor within a year
