This is a limited, controlled SNF action (50 participants).

This action is part of a Phase II Congressional Accountability Initiative, operating alongside the Minneapolis–St. Paul pilot, BUT DOES NOT AFFECT WHAT WE'RE DOING IN THE MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL PILOT.

This initiative applies lawful, coordinated public pressure on Congress during an active decision window during their vote on the War Powers Act—while public attention is high.

Your video will be asking a single constitutional question:

Who has the authority to declare war — Congress or the President?

It is designed to operate within existing constraints, using coordination and message discipline to generate pressure.

Selected participants will record short, uniform videos that will be delivered on our YouTube Channel directed towards members of Congress.

Consistency is critical. This only works if the message is controlled and repeated without variation.This is a controlled, short-duration action.

You will be required to record short videos following exact instructions.

Only disciplined participants will be selected.

Your video will state, only:
“Congressman [NAME], I’m [Your Name] from [State]. Under the Constitution, does Congress have the authority to declare war? Yes or no? Answer the question.”
You will be given the congressperson names to use in your scripts.
