Photo Guidelines: How to Take Your Reference PhotosWear Form-Fitting Clothing: Wear garments that you are comfortable being photographed in and that clearly make your natural silhouette visible - such as leggings, a tank top, a swimsuit, or undergarments.
Camera at Waist Level: Set up your phone (or ask a friend to hold it) at waist height, pointing straight at you. Avoid top-down or bottom-up angles, as these distort your proportions.
Front & Back Views: Imagine the posture of a paper doll. Stand tall with your feet slightly apart and your arms relaxed, away from your sides so your waistline is visible. Hands look best with fingers together (like a Barbie).
Arm Pose Upgrades (If applicable): Maintain the same pose as the fist shot and move your arms to your preferred positions (ex, closed fists on hips, arms out at a 45 degree angle, arms straight out). Be sure both arms are in the same position for each photo and upload a front and back view of your two selected poses.
