Coaching is a collaborative process. I'll ask questions, share observations and frameworks where helpful, and help you think through your options. The decisions you make, and the actions you take, are always yours.
What we discuss stays confidential unless you ask me to share it, or I am required to do so by law or because there is a serious risk of harm. If those rare circumstances ever arise, I will discuss them with you whenever possible.
If we happen to see each other socially, I won't mention that we've worked together unless you choose to. Please don't mistake that for being unfriendly—it's simply one of the ways I protect your privacy.
Individual support sessions are USD 125 per 75-minute session.
If we're in the middle of something valuable and my schedule allows, I may ask whether you'd like to continue for a little longer. Any additional time will only be with your agreement and will be billed on a pro-rated basis. If you'd prefer to finish at the scheduled time, we'll simply continue in another session.
Payment instructions will be shared before our first session. Unless we've agreed otherwise, payment is due before the session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your session. This allows me to offer the time to someone else. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.
I keep a confidential record of coaching engagements for scheduling, invoicing, and professional record-keeping. This includes your name, email address, session dates, and brief administrative notes. Information is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
As part of maintaining my ICF credential, I may be required to provide the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with limited administrative information, such as your first name, email address, and the dates of our coaching sessions, to verify coaching experience. I do not share the content of our coaching conversations or my coaching notes.
