We are researching the real invoicing, payment, VAT, and document-management experiences of freelancers, self-employed professionals, and micro-business owners operating in the Netherlands and the European Union.
This survey focuses on real experiences such as delayed payments, rejected or corrected invoices, missing customer requirements, VAT uncertainty, and difficulties keeping or finding financial documents.
The survey takes approximately 5–8 minutes.
This survey is intended for people aged 18 or older who are currently self-employed or operating a micro-business in the Netherlands or another EU country and who have issued at least one B2B invoice during the last 12 months.
This is early-stage product research. It does not provide tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice.
Please do not include customer names, bank details, VAT numbers, invoice numbers, or other confidential information. You will not be asked to upload invoices or other documents through this public survey.
You may complete the survey without providing your name or contact details.
Contact information will only be requested if you voluntarily express interest in a follow-up interview, an anonymised manual invoice review, or possible future prototype testing. If you provide contact information, your response will be identifiable to the researcher.
Your answers will only be used for this research. Any findings shared publicly will be anonymised or presented in aggregated form.
