Lamauve's YCH COMMISSION form Terms & Conditions
Payment must be made fully in advance via Ppal invoice.
(unless the artist has specifically offered different payment terms.)
You MUST NOT use any tags on Ppal, or identifying the commissioned work as adult.
This way, we can both make business safely and work together without unnecessary censorship-derived issues to either party.
PROCESS:
1- You must confirm you’re 18 years old or over, and authorized to pay for this service.
2- Once the Payment is made, your commission is scheduled into my production timeline, and I’ll start the rough sketching phase. A provisional delivery date will be provided.
3- After the rough sketch is complete and approved to your liking, the artwork will be polished. Progress updates will be provided through Discord.
4- Once the artwork is complete, I’ll send a low-resolution version for final approval. The FINAL artwork will be provided in high resolution PNG file (300 dpi) through Wetransfer.
COMPLETION:
The artwork will be complete within 1 week to 1 month (depending on complexity and
schedule), after the approval of the rough sketch. *
*Larger commissions (especially comics and full render work) might take longer to complete. You will be informed as soon as possible, if that’s the case.
Commission updates: please keep an eye on your inbox; if you take too many days to answer each update I send you, your request may be cancelled. I work as a professional
comic artist and my timings and schedules are tight due to deadlines and crunch phases. Thanks for your understanding!
Additional fees will be charged for:
- Revisions made after too many minor changes during sketch phase
- Priority/short time frame is offered and doable. It naturally comes with a surcharge
- Overly detailed character design or extra detailing (ex: clothes, elaborated tattoos, armor, extra body parts, jewelry, heavily rendered fluids/body parts etc) I’ll be the one to contact you about these additional fees if needed.
CANCELING YOUR COMMISSION:
You can cancel your request at any point by emailing me. Depending on progress, compensation works as follows:
Not Started: If I haven't begun the commission, you'll be refunded in full.
Partially Completed: If the piece is partially done (sketch stage), you'll need to pay 50% of the total price. If already paid in full, I'll return half of that amount.
Fully Completed: If the commission is finished by the time of cancellation, the full price applies.
I reserve the right to cancel a request at any time, whether due to issues with the project or personal circumstances. In that case, you'll be refunded according to the terms above.
I may use the artwork in any website that displays my works. The commissioner will remain
anonymous, unless stated (please specify your handle). Non-sharable PRIVATE commissions must be stated as such, and might have a surcharge depending on each case.
I hold the copyrights to the artwork/image. If you wish to make commercial use of it as a
small/independent creator, an extra fee will be charged. You may use your commission on social media: profile pic, banner, etc. Identifying me as the creator of the artwork and not misleading others with the authorship of the image, would be highly appreciated.
For sharing on socials, please use the low-res JPEG. The high-res PNG is yours to keep.
You are NOT PERMITTED to use the commissioned artwork with any Generative AI model, blockchain-related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions that facilitate the unauthorized reproduction, monetization, plagiarizing or falsification of my artworks and art style.

Have in mind I may not know your characters. Specify which figure each character goes in. Character/OC design, body type, details, and how they should be portrayed to your liking.
