Are We a Good Fit for Clinical Supervision?

Hi there, and thanks for reaching out! This quick form helps us both see if we'd be a great fit before we get started. It only takes about 5 minutes.

How supervision works

Format. We'll meet 1:1 over secure video, so you can join from anywhere in Idaho. I don't offer group supervision. I'm an LCPC and a registered clinical supervisor in Idaho, and I love helping LPCs grow into confident, independent clinicians.
Plans. Supervision is a monthly subscription, not a bank of hours. The full plan is $350 a month and makes me your supervisor of record: ongoing oversight of your hours, up to four 1:1 meetings each month, consultation when something comes up between sessions, and my signature on your LCPC application when you've met your requirements. If you're not seeing enough clients yet to need four meetings, the half-time plan is $175 a month for up to two meetings. Extra meetings are $92 each, and unused meetings don't roll over.
Payment and scheduling. Payment is made monthly, in advance, through PayPal using a private subscription link I'll send you. When we start, we'll set a standing meeting time that works for both of us.
Tracking hours and Idaho requirements. You'll keep a shared spreadsheet logging your direct client contact hours, and I'll have access so I can review your progress. No client information goes in the spreadsheet. I'll make sure our supervision stays in line with Idaho Board requirements for the LCPC. I'll also need contact info for your on-site supervisor, and I'll stay in contact with them throughout your supervision.
