Open Call: Vibe Coded

3AM:ENERGY is searching for artists making work with vibe coding tools. Prompted, iterated, imagined then realized. If the result is art, it belongs here.

Vibe coding sits in a longer line of artists bending tools past their intended use. Generative visuals, browser pieces, installations, games, sound tools, strange little apps that should not exist - all are welcome.

Three selected artists will receive:

01 / 1:1 Artist mentoring
A free mentoring session, shaped around your creative career, project development, networking or next steps.

02 / Editorial feature
An article on 3AM:ENERGY plus a social media feature across its channels.

03 / Public demo or exhibition
A slot to show the work live. Format online or in person, to be confirmed.

You can submit up to 3 projects. Please fill in one form per project.
Deadline: Nov 27 @ 3AM (Berlin time).

FAQ

What counts as vibe coding?
Building software mainly by describing what you want to an AI tool and iterating on what comes back. Mixed workflows count.

Does the whole project need to be vibe coded?
No. It should be a meaningful part of how the work was made.

Is there a fee?
No. Submission is free.

Does it have to be published?
No. It can still be a work in progress. If your work is selected, we would encourage it to be publicly accessible, if possible.
