It explores the workation phenomenon and its effects on hospitality, destinations and human resource management practices. Estimated completion time: 12-15 minutes.
What we mean by "workation"
A workation (work + vacation) means working remotely from a destination away from your usual place of residence for at least 3 consecutive days, combining work with leisure and travel. Business trips for work obligations (e.g. conferences, meetings) are not included.
