2. We review your claim within 3 business days.
3. If it's approved, we email you an invoice for the $9.95 replacement shipping fee. Your replacement ships once it's paid.
No need to mail your old bottle back.
This warranty covers PerfectShaker branded bottles only. Bottles custom printed for other companies are not covered.
Upload a photo or screenshot of your receipt showing the store and purchase date. For perfectshaker.com orders, a screenshot of your order confirmation email works.
Please include a handwritten note with your name and today's date in the photo. For leaks, show where the leak is. You can add up to 3 photos.
