Rilear Industries is a category-defining, defense-forward startup that is establishing persistent underwater autonomy. We are building the underwater infrastructure that untethered assets need to stay down and stay useful.
The battlefield is increasingly moving subsea, and amid rising geopolitical tension, advancing these capabilities has never been more urgent. Our focus is informed by real operating experience in the U.S. Navy, and our co-founding team combines subsea robotics, power systems, and Navy expertise, with backgrounds from Harvard, Carnegie Mellon, and Georgia Tech.
The Role

You Should Have
