Per the City of Alpharetta event permit, food truck vendors must have the following documentation on file. You do not need to upload anything now; the Foundation will request it after your slot is confirmed.
- North Fulton County Board of Health inspection
- Alpharetta Mobile Business License
Vendors will be informed if any additional documentation is required to participate.
A $250 refundable deposit secures your vendor slot.
Your full $250 will be returned within 7 to 10 business days after you complete your committed event date(s). This means you arrive on time, stay through the full event window, and break down properly.
Deposits are forfeited for no-shows, cancellations less than 14 days before the event, or failure to follow event guidelines.
If the Foundation cancels or reschedules, your deposit is refunded in full or transferred to the new date at your option.
