Former Collegiate Athlete Online Community and Fitness App Research

I am a former college wrestler who learned the hard way, more than once (I can be a bit stubborn), what happens after taking months or years off training: My first week back in the gym, my brain would write a check my muscles and joints could no longer cash, resulting in an injury and stalling my efforts before they could really start. Sadly, this is a common experience; you've probably been there yourself, but I want to change that. I'm working on a plan to guide former college athletes like myself to safely rebuild physical fitness, manage old injuries, and recapture that locker room team bonding and accountability we all miss. This survey will directly inform how I build this so that it fits exactly what we, as former high-level athletes, need and want.
