DataCenter911 — AI Infrastructure Readiness Assessment

Your organization may be facing real AI infrastructure pressure. Before you commit to hardware, consultants, upgrades, or a specific deployment path, it helps to understand what your existing environment can realistically support.

This is not a generic AI quiz. It is built to identify likely capacity gaps, risk areas, and realistic next steps across the physical infrastructure behind AI, HPC, GPU, and high-density computing — the kinds of questions a senior infrastructure advisor would ask before major decisions are made.

Who benefits most: Organizations that operate on-premises or hybrid data center environments to support AI, HPC, research computing, or high-density workloads. If you are in IT, infrastructure, facilities, engineering, or leadership and responsible for uptime, capacity, modernization, or planning, this assessment was built for you.

What to expect:

This assessment is structured in three parts. After Part 1, you’ll see a Foundation Read covering your power and cooling picture. After Part 2, you’ll see a Deployment Fit Read covering your physical, floor-loading, and network readiness. After Part 3, you’ll receive your full ReadinessRoute Snapshot — including a technical readiness score, organizational readiness score, three specific findings, and a recommended first action.

Many people complete all three parts in about 30 minutes. You can also complete one part at a time and return later using the continuation link provided after each checkpoint.

Each read is tailored to your specific answers using structured AI-assisted analysis guided by nearly 30 years of enterprise data center infrastructure experience. Not generic advice. Not a generic template response. Just a clearer picture of where your infrastructure actually stands.

There are no right or wrong answers. Answer what you know. “I’m not sure” is a useful answer because uncertainty can reveal where documentation, validation, or internal alignment may be needed.
