SECTION 2 — Cohort & Participation Expectations
Students are expected to participate respectfully in discussions and activities.
Curiosity, collaboration, and consistent participation are encouraged.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may lead to warnings or removal from the cohort.
Students may occasionally work in pairs or collaborative groups.

Parents should inform in advance if a student cannot attend a session.
Repeated unexplained absence may affect cohort participation quality.
Missed sessions may not always be repeated separately.

Late payments may temporarily pause access to sessions or activities.
Fees once paid may be non-refundable except under special circumstances decided by management.
Admission or participation may be discontinued in case of repeated non-payment.
SECTION 5 — Media & Content Usage
The Boring Lab may document activities, student presentations, projects, discussions, and events through photos, videos, recordings, or digital content.
This material may be used for educational, internal, or promotional purposes unless the parent has explicitly opted out through the consent form.
Student safety and respectful representation will be prioritized.
SECTION 6 — Safety & Responsibility
Parents are responsible for student pickup/drop arrangements unless otherwise communicated.
Parents should inform the team regarding allergies, medical conditions, or behavioral considerations.
The Boring Lab is not responsible for incidents occurring outside designated session timings or premises.
SECTION 7 — Communication Policy
Official communication may happen through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, or designated parent groups.
Parents are encouraged to maintain respectful communication with mentors and staff.
Concerns should be discussed constructively and professionally.
SECTION 8 — Community Integrity

The goal is to maintain a healthy, ambitious, and collaborative environment for all members.
