Tattoo Submission Form

Please review the information carefully before submitting your details & have "inspo" pictures ready to upload.
I am currently only booking in Downtown Detroit, but if you'd like me to visit your city, feel free to contact me about guest artist opportunities.

PAYMENT: My hourly rate is $185. I do not charge for fitting/stenciling time. Most sessions are approximately 4-6 hours. All projects are individually designed and tailored to each client's anatomy, with dedicated (free) time for placement and adjustments on the day of the appointment.

A non-refundable $100 fee is required for a deposit, which will be included in the total tattoo price. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. For multiple-session projects, a 30% deposit is required. Deposits can be sent through Venmo or Cashapp @carbonreverie

RESCHEDULING: You are allowed one reschedule per tattoo appointment for any reason. If more than that is needed, a $100 cancellation fee will be required to reschedule. If rescheduling is needed, I must receive 24-hour notice, or your deposit will be forfeited. If you do not call or show up within 20 minutes of our appointment time, I will not tattoo you, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Each tattoo I bring to life has a different journey, so please be patient with me and with yourself. Most large-scale pieces require multiple sessions, so don’t be discouraged. I am always here to help plan ahead and keep in touch so we can make sure your tattoo heals properly and looks great forever!

I am permitted to accept/deny any tattoo request for any reason. Typically, this is because I am focused on developing specific styles and techniques. For smaller tattoos (under 2 hours), it’s best to combine several into one submission. If your concept seems like a good fit for me, I will reach out via text message to schedule a zoom consultation within 4 days of your submission. Thanks for sharing your ideas!
