Market Research for members

I am currently developing a new concept designed specifically around women’s health, strength, longevity and wellbeing.

The idea is to create a space where women can access different types of support under one roof, including:

• Strength and resistance training
• Allied health professionals
• Women’s health nutrition
• Hormone and menopause specialists
• Longevity and recovery technologies
• Educational workshops
• Community and connection

The concept comes from a simple observation: women often have to navigate these areas separately, and the support available does not always reflect the specific needs of women as they move through different stages of life.

Fitness programs, for example, are often designed around short 6 or 8 week cycles rather than providing a long term approach to women’s health. Yet our bodies and needs change throughout our lives, particularly during perimenopause and menopause.

During these stages, maintaining and building muscle strength becomes increasingly important, as does supporting bone health, mobility and overall physical function. Resistance training can play an important role, but the type of training, equipment and level of support can make a significant difference.

At the same time, women are increasingly looking for more specialised guidance around nutrition, hormones, menopause, recovery, longevity and preventative health. However, finding the right expertise can mean visiting multiple providers and trying to connect the information themselves.

The concept I am exploring is therefore designed to bring these elements together into one integrated women’s health and performance environment, combining exercise, expert support, education, technology and community.

I am still at the concept stage, so your feedback is extremely valuable.

This questionnaire is designed to understand your experiences, frustrations, needs and what you would genuinely value from a space like this.

There are no right or wrong answers. I am interested in what you think.
