Privacy Policy — Gabriella Ciocoiu

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data I collect when you download my free guide or take my free visibility check, why I collect it, and what rights you have. I keep it simple, because your trust matters to me.

Who I am

Gabriella Ciocoiu, personal branding coach, based in Brașov, Romania. I am responsible (the "data controller") for the personal data described here.
Contact: gabrielaciocoiu25@gmail.com

What data I collect

• Your first name and email address
• Your answers to the questions in my forms (for example, what stops you from being visible online)
• Basic technical information collected automatically by the form tool, such as the time you submitted the form

Why I use it

• To send you the free guide or result you asked for
• To send you emails with tips, stories and offers about personal branding and visibility
• To understand what women in my community struggle with, so I can create better content and products

I use your data only because you gave your consent by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who helps me process it

I use trusted tools to run my forms and emails. They store your data on my behalf and only as I instruct them:
• Tally (Belgium) — forms
• MailerLite (EU) — email list and newsletters
• Zapier (USA) — connects the form to my email list; transfers outside the EU are protected by the safeguards these companies use under EU law

I never sell your data, and I never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long I keep it

I keep your data for as long as you stay subscribed to my emails. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data, I remove it from my list.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can at any time:
• Unsubscribe with one click, using the link at the bottom of every email
• Ask to see the data I hold about you
• Ask me to correct or delete it
• Withdraw your consent

Just write to me at the email above. If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
