Campus Growth Creator – Spring Internship

As a Campus Growth Creator, you will post once a day about Ditto on a company TikTok page and work closely with our in house team of influencers (with over 500k+ followers combined) who will teach you the ins and outs of virality. You will spearhead initiatives to grow the user base on college campuses, execute UGC campaigns to drive app engagement, and collaborate with the team to drive marketing strategies for your school.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely wants to learn more about content creation and digital marketing and wants to translate in helping build an industry changing startup.

What you'll be doing

This role requires high volume, high quality output—which means we need people who are loyal, reliable, and ready to grow with us.
Deliverables:
Posting content in the chit-chatty style of Kat and Kimberly that educates your peers on what Ditto is and why they should download it
Regular analysis of what's working (and what's not) so you can iterate quickly
Collaboration with our team on strategy and messaging
Time commitment:
We expect this to take 2-3 hours a week. All of our creators batch film a weeks worth of content in one go so all you have to do is hit post!
Mindset:
You won't hit 1M views your first week. Success here comes from constantly analyzing, learning, and improving. We're looking for people who enjoy the process of figuring it out.
