Physical Design Proof

Would you like a physical sample produced with your own artwork before the full order is completed?

Want to see your design in person before committing to a full order? A physical sample can be produced using your artwork so you can evaluate the fit, finish, and overall appearance before production begins.

Custom artwork samples are quoted separately based on the complexity of your design. The cost of your sample will be credited toward your final order if you move forward with production.

Please note that producing a physical sample requires additional setup and print time and may extend your overall production timeline.

Artwork That May Not Reproduce Well

• Tiny or highly detailed illustrations • Photographs • Very thin lines • Small or lengthy text • Intricate shading or gradients • Designs containing many delicate elements

Complex artwork may need to be simplified or adjusted before production. Any recommended changes will be shared during the proofing process.

Pricing is based on several factors, including:

When do you need your completed tokens?

Standard production begins after:

1. Your artwork has been reviewed

2. Your final quote has been accepted

3. Payment has been received

4. Your digital proof has been approved

Estimated turnaround will be provided with your quote.

A digital proof will be sent for approval before full production begins. Production timelines do not begin until the proof has been approved.

Delays in approving the proof or submitting final artwork may affect the completion date.

Rush production may be available depending on the requested quantity, artwork, and current production schedule. Rush orders are subject to availability and an additional rush fee.
