Apply to join the waitlist to the flagship in-person edition of Nordic Elevated, held 30 September–1 October 2026 at Halo Igloos, Rovaniemi. This event provides you with a unique glimpse on the premium and high-end travel in the North, and the event is planned for the buyers to also offer ample opportuninites for site inspections and networking. Please find below the draft program:

29.9 Arrival and dinner at Halo Igloos, featuring a stargazing program, overnight at Halo Igloos or Vaattunki Wilderness Resort (only buyers at this point)

30.9. Rovaniemi Discovery Day, with site inspections around Rovaniemi (Aava Glass Igloos, Lapland Winterpark, Aino Private Island, Skyra Resort and welcome dinner with buyers and suppliers at Vaattunki Wilderness Resort)

1.10 Workshop Day at Halo Igloos, pre-booked meetings with the 25 leading suppliers and afterwards a farewell party at Halo Igloos

2.10 Departure - or possibility to extend the stay with one additional day of program, with visits to Glass Resort, Santa Claus Village, Arktikum and overnight stay at Noa Villas

Before Nordic Elevated officially begins, we invite you to spend a day discovering high-end boutique gems in the Rovaniemi region. The day includes a visit to a husky kennel, an immersive sauna world experience, and site inspections at selected boutique properties — ending with the opening networking dinner, where the Golden Edition officially begins.

Joining the Discovery Day also includes an additional overnight stay at Halo Igloos (29–30 September).

The Rovaniemi Discovery Day is open to all registered buyers.
