We're recruiting on behalf of a Series B dental supply marketplace backed by top VC firms. The company is profitable with thousands of customers and is now launching AI-powered products to accelerate growth.
They're hiring a Head of Strategy & Operations to serve as the CEO's strategic partner and effectively run the operating core of the business. This isn't a support function. It comes with true business ownership spanning supplier strategy, CX/ops, and cross-functional growth. The mandate is genuine: find and fix the biggest bottlenecks, launch new revenue lines, and roll out AI products into an established base of thousands of dental practices.
You'd own two teams (~10 people), work directly with the CEO, and have a direct line to shaping company strategy across Product, GTM, and Sales. NYC-based, hybrid (4x/week in NYC).
Ideal profile: 7+ YOE with a background in management consulting or investment banking combined with operator experience at a startup.
