TERMS AND CONDITIONS (MUST READ!)

Slot Availability: Please confirm slot availability in advance. Haven provides 3 to 5 slots each month, limited to a maximum of 4 catalogues and 5 winners per catalog.

Payment & Deadlines: Payment should be made via QRIS once Haven receives the catalogue form. The deadline to submit the catalogue form is no later than 2 days after the announcement date.

Host Responsibilities: The host is required to state both the posting date and the announcement date. If you encounter any issues, please notify Haven beforehand.

If Posted by Host: Once the winners are selected, the host will distribute the catalog forms to them. After the winners complete the forms, the host may forward them directly to Haven.

Layout Distribution: Previews and final layouts will be sent directly to the winners based on the information provided in the form, not through the host. Therefore, please ensure all details are filled out accurately. Haven will notify the host once the winners have received their layouts.

Important Notes: Haven does not provide ready-stock items and does not accept rush orders for giveaways (GA). Please plan accordingly.
