Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung werden Foto- und Videoaufnahmen erstellt, auf denen du erkennbar sein kannst.
During this event, photos and video footage will be taken in which you may be identifiable.
Photographs, video and film footage will be taken at the Caitlin 1 Tournament for use by the organisers. By signing this form you give your consent for images and recordings of the named participant to be captured and used as described below.

Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO sowie § 22 KUG für die Veröffentlichung von Bildnissen.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 22 KUG (German Art Copyright Act) for the publication of images.
Unsere eigenen Originaldateien werden spätestens 12 Monate nach der Veranstaltung gelöscht. Bereits auf Social-Media-Plattformen oder in Veröffentlichungen genutzte Inhalte können darüber hinaus bestehen bleiben; sie werden auf Widerruf hin entfernt, soweit uns das möglich ist.
Our own original files will be deleted no later than 12 months after the event. Content already published on social media platforms or in publications may remain beyond that period; it will be removed upon withdrawal of consent where possible for us.
