Prices shown do not include applicable sales tax. All applicable taxes will be added at the time of invoicing in accordance with provincial and federal requirements.
A payment link will be sent once approved to activate service. Billing is recurring on a monthly basis and occurs on the same calendar day each month based on your sign-up date.
In the event of cancellation, billing and service continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time within a billing period.
YardPass is a seasonal service. Monthly billing continues through the active mowing season and ends when the season concludes. Monthly pricing is based on the overall mowing season and is not prorated for partial months at the beginning or end of the season.
In the event a payment fails or is declined, service may be paused until payment is successfully completed. Customers will be notified and given an opportunity to resolve the issue. Missed service visits resulting from failed or late payment are not credited, refunded, or rescheduled, and monthly pricing is not adjusted for missed service due to payment issues.
Customers may choose to prepay for the full mowing season. Seasonal prepayments cover the entire mowing season and are non-refundable once the season has begun. In the event of early season completion due to weather or growth conditions, no prorated refunds are issued.
Weekly service represents the standard maintenance schedule during active growth periods. During slower growth conditions, service frequency may be adjusted to maintain lawn health.
The mowing season typically runs from May through October, depending on weather and grass growth conditions. Seasonal pricing is structured around this period and may vary year to year based on conditions.
Pricing applies to lawns that are reasonably maintained. Overgrown properties, first-time cleanups, or one-time services may require an initial service fee or separate quote before recurring maintenance begins.
