Apical Engineering Trainee (AET) program is a career acceleration program designed for fresh graduates who are ready to gain hands-on experience at operational sites. This program aims to develop Future Leaders within Apical Group.

Program Overview:

The Program begins with 1 month of classroom training in Dumai, followed by 11 months of on-the-job training at assigned sites (Dumai, Balikpapan, Padang, Marunda) including Continuous Improvement Project. After completing the training, participant will serve a two-year bonding period as permanent staff at their assigned location.
