• Monitor stock levels and support cost-control initiatives.
• Oversee resident onboarding, check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping coordination, and maintenance follow-up.
• Ensure a seamless experience between coworking, café, and co-living operations.
Community & Events
• Support community-building initiatives, member engagement activities, and events.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Assist with marketing activities and community engagement programs.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel operations, serviced apartments, coworking, co-living, guest services, or premium hospitality environments.

• A commercially minded hospitality professional who understands that service excellence and business performance go hand in hand.
• Someone capable of balancing operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated loyalty, growth, and progression within previous organizations, rather than a history of short-term or seasonal assignments. This is a permanent, year-round opportunity designed for professionals seeking a long-term career within a growing business.
