Hi! Thanks for your interest in joining the HOPE Project creative team. HOPE is a nonprofit building Africa's basketball talent development ecosystem, starting in Nigeria. We're looking for two volunteers to help shape how the world sees us.
A few quick notes before you start: there are no trick questions here, and we're not asking for free design work. We just want to understand how you think and what you've made. Answer in whatever way is easiest for you, and take your time. If it feels like a fit, the next step is a short video call, followed by a 30-day trial period so we can both see if the working relationship clicks.
