in 2026, one of the most powerful things you can do for your career is own your narrative online. the people who share their thinking, their work, and their ideas consistently open doors that would otherwise never appear.
our first cohort will be intentionally small (~ 5-10 ppl) and is intended to grow into a small, ongoing community where we support each other in showing up online, sharing your work, and building visibility over time.
