Application & Approval
Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. The Loc Party reserves the right to curate vendor participation to ensure alignment with the spirit and values of the event. You will be notified of your application status via email. If your application is not approved, any payment received will be refunded in full.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued based on the date the payment was received:
Full refund if requested within 14 days of payment.
50% refund if requested between 15 and 30 days of payment.
No refund after 30 days of payment.
In the event The Loc Party 2026 is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, all vendors will receive a full refund.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, equipment, inventory, and any applicable permits or licenses required to operate. The Loc Party and Entwined Loc Studio are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods before, during, or after the event.
Space Assignment
Booth assignments are made at the sole discretion of The Loc Party. Specific location requests are not guaranteed.
Conduct
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in alignment with the values of The Loc Party. We celebrate community, culture, and creativity and expect everyone in our vendor family to reflect that. The Loc Party reserves the right to remove any vendor whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inconsistent with our community standards, without refund.
Agreement
By submitting this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
