Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven, creative, and analytically sharp Digital Marketing Executive to amplify Sygnite's brand in the energy sector β€” turning digital channels into powerful engines for client acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will own the full spectrum of Sygnite's digital presence. You will craft and execute integrated campaigns that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert online engagement into measurable business results. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and data β€” requiring someone who can ideate compelling narratives about energy solutions while optimising every click, scroll, and conversion.
Responsibilities Include:
πŸ“£Social Media Management

Plan, create, and publish high-impact content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook & YouTube. Build community and grow follower base through consistent, on-brand storytelling.

🎯Paid Advertising (PPC)

Design and manage targeted ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor CPL, ROAS, CTR and continuously optimise for maximum ROI.

✍️Content Creation & SEO

Produce blogs, case studies, email newsletters, and video scripts. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings.

πŸ“§Email Marketing & CRM

Build and manage automated email sequences to nurture leads across the funnel. Segment audiences, run A/B tests, and report on open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.

πŸ“ŠAnalytics & Reporting

Track performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics 4, Meta Insights, and other tools. Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership.

🌐Website & Landing Pages

Manage and update the company website for optimal UX. Design high-converting landing pages for campaigns, ensuring fast load speed, mobile responsiveness, and clear CTAs.

🀝Influencer & Partnership Marketing

Identify and collaborate with relevant industry influencers, media houses, and partners to expand Sygnite's reach and credibility in the energy and tech ecosystem.

🎬Video & Creative Production

Conceptualise and coordinate production of promotional videos, reels, infographics and branded visual assets for campaigns and events, working closely with the design team.

πŸ’‘Lead Generation & Sales Support

Develop and execute top-of-funnel strategies to generate and qualify inbound leads. Align closely with the sales team to ensure digital campaigns directly support business development goals.


Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Proven track record of running successful campaigns with measurable ROI
Experience in B2B marketing or the energy, tech, or infrastructure sector is a strong advantage
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint or equivalent is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability β€” compelling, clear, and on-brandProficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite or equivalent)Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing platforms
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp e.t.c
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent project management and communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
