The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to close a major deal within one (1) month of resuming work. This is a non-negotiable requirement and reflects the expected experience level, market influence, and immediate revenue impact required for this role.
✅ Proven Sales Experience: You have a background in B2B sales, EdTech, or professional services. Relationships that "open doors" in the Lagos school system are a massive advantage.
✅ Closers, not just Followers: You know how to prospect, pitch, and close — you don’t just "follow up" and hope for the best.
✅ Local Knowledge: You understand the Lagos educational landscape and are ready to navigate districts like Ikeja, Surulere, Ikorodu, and beyond.
✅ Target-Based Mindset: This is a purely target-driven role. We need someone hungry to hit numbers and onboard schools at pace.
💰 ₦100,000 Monthly Base Salary.
📈 15% Commission on every deal you close (Uncapped).
